“Dark Light Swap” is a mind-bending logic puzzle game that deeply tests your spatial reasoning. In this game, you must simultaneously control a white cube and a black cube to carve out escape routes in a world woven from light and shadows. The white cube interacts exclusively with light elements, while the black cube manipulates shadows—each boasting totally unique interactive mechanics. You'll need to constantly swap control between the two, analyze the map layout, and push the correct walls to open pathways (provided there's empty space behind them to push into). Success is only achieved when you guide both cubes safely into their respective colored exit portals.

Your core objective is to guide both the white character and the black character to their matching exit portals. Utilize their unique color-coded abilities, meticulously plan your routes, and push walls to carve open pathways. Both characters must arrive safely at the exit to clear the stage.

🎮 Core Gameplay Rules

1. Dual Character Swapping: Both a white and a black character exist on the map simultaneously. You must freely swap between them to move them individually.

2. Character Traits: The white block interacts with light, and the black block manipulates shadow. A block can only interact with switches and pushable walls of its own matching color.

3. Wall Pushing Mechanic: You can push specific walls to open up blocked paths. However, there must be an empty tile behind the wall in the direction you are pushing, otherwise, it won't budge.

4. Layout Analysis: Every level requires careful observation of the terrain and trap placement. You must sequence your character movements perfectly.

5. Win Condition: Both the white and black blocks must step onto their respective colored portals to pass the level.

What is the difference between the white and black characters?

The white character can only interact with light-based switches and walls, while the black character is restricted to shadow-based ones. Many pathways can only be traversed or unlocked by a specific color, forcing you to swap constantly.

Why can't I push this wall?

A wall can only be pushed if there is empty space directly behind it. If it's backed up against another solid object, it won't move. You might need to move your other character out of the way, or try pushing it from a different angle.

My character got stuck! How do I fix it?

If you block yourself into a corner, just use the Undo function (press Z or U) to rewind your previous steps and rethink your strategy. You can spam undo as much as you want to get back to a safe state.

Are there any general tips for winning?

Look at the big picture first—spot where each character needs to go and which walls are pushable. Don't try to solve it all at once; move one character to a key tactical spot, then swap. Use the undo button liberally when you mess up. Think very carefully before pushing a wall, as a wrong push can permanently block your path.
