Why does my slime always miss the platform and fall into the water?

This happens when you misjudge the charging power or timing! Watch your slime carefully—the more it squishes down, the farther it will jump. If the next platform is close, just do a quick tap to avoid overshooting. If it's a huge gap, hold the button down longer for maximum distance. Also, be aware of special bouncy or moving platforms; predict their movement, be patient, and time your jumps perfectly!

Does a longer charge always mean a better jump?

No! Your charge power must be tailored to the distance and height of your specific target platform. If the platform is right in front of you, a max-charge jump will send you flying way past it into the abyss. Conversely, a short tap won't clear a wide gap. The secret is matching your slime's visual squish-level to the distance of the jump.

If I fail a level, do I lose my unlocked progress?

Absolutely not. Failing a jump simply restarts your current level. You never lose your overall progress, and you won't have to re-unlock previous stages. Take your time, experiment with the jump arcs, and retry as many times as you need without any stress!

Are my 2-Player match stats saved permanently?

No. The 2-Player Versus mode is designed for quick, casual couch-play. The win tracker only records the current session. Once someone reaches 5 wins or you exit the mode, the scores reset to zero.
